Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007 only support connecting one Exchange Account per profile.  I have a client who supports multiple companies as an Admin to those companies.  Currently because of the limitations set by Outlook her day looks like: Open outlook profile.  Read Email, Write responses, add something to the calendar, close outlook, open new outlook profile, repeat.
