My wife and I have decided we no longer can stand living in the house we are in. Our next door neighbor drives us nuts. We do not have time to keep up the maintenance we should be doing. Mortgage fees are too high. We need to drive to get to anything we need to do. We don’t enjoy the home overall. In our area rent has gone down considerably and we could just use a totally different lifestyle. Looking around in the near vicinity of Maple Grove, and Plymouth we were both excited and surprised by the very low rates available for some extremely nice amenities. (more…)
